RATES

Peak season (1 May -  4 September, 16- 30 October)	€ 800,- per week
Off-peak season (6 March - 1 May and 4 September - 16 October ):	€ 700,-  per week

These rates include: bed linen, bath towels and kitchen linen, water, stove wood, tourist tax  and electricity up to 75 kWh (based on average use per week). Extra electricity at € 0,30 per kWh, to be deducted from the deposit. Not included is the mandatory cleaning fee of € 55,-. Upon making your reservation you pay a € 150,- deposit, which will be refunded after the cottage has been left in perfect condition after your stay.

BOOKING CONDITIONS Smoking is not allowed inside the cottage. Pets are not welcome. Reservations are from Saturday to Saturday (arrival from 4 PM and departure before 11 AM). The rental of a minimum of 3 nights or in the middle of the week – outside the high season – is negotiable. Here you can read the booking conditions. The cottage is closed from November till March.
